Welcome to Wakeeli. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Wakeeli platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Wakeeli ("we," "us," or "our") at wakeeli.ai.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Wakeeli is an AI-powered lead conversion platform designed for real estate agencies. The Service connects to your WhatsApp Business account and uses artificial intelligence to automatically receive, qualify, and respond to inbound property inquiries, match leads to listings, and schedule property tours on behalf of your agency.
The Service is intended exclusively for businesses, specifically licensed or operating real estate agencies. It is not intended for use by individual consumers.
To use the Service, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at team@wakeeli.ai if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Each subscription covers the number of agents and conversation volume specified in your selected plan. You may not share access credentials between multiple agencies.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. Current plans are:
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly cycle. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in Lebanon and any jurisdiction where you operate, including those governing electronic communications, consumer protection, and real estate transactions.
The Service integrates with the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp through our platform is also governed by Meta's Terms of Service and WhatsApp Business Policy. You are responsible for obtaining any required consents from your leads prior to initiating or receiving conversations via WhatsApp.

Wakeeli uses artificial intelligence to generate responses on behalf of your agency. While we work to ensure the quality and accuracy of AI-generated content, you acknowledge that:
Wakeeli is not liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated content or from communications between the AI and your leads.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, design, algorithms, and branding, remain the exclusive property of Wakeeli. These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Service beyond the limited right to use it as described here.
You retain ownership of your data, including your property listings, lead information, and conversation history.
You may receive access to non-public information about the Service, including technical documentation, pricing structures, or roadmap details. You agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without our prior written consent.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination:
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or if continued use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wakeeli and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost leads, or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you via email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
